🚚 Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days. Orders are processed within 1 business day of being placed.

Is shipping free?
Yes — we offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States.

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally?
We currently ship within the US only. For Alaska and Hawaii, please contact us for a custom shipping quote. We do not ship internationally at this time.

When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 2 PM EST on business days are typically processed the same day. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, please contact us through our Contact page.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Yes — N2 and N2O chargers are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for safety reasons.

How long does a refund take?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

What's the difference between the 16" and 20" paella sets?
Both sets include a traditional carbon steel pan, a burner, and a tripod — everything you need to cook paella the authentic way. The 16" set serves 6–9 people, while the 20" set is ideal for larger gatherings of 10–14. Both are crafted in Spain and perfect for outdoor cooking.

How do I care for my carbon steel cookware?

Can I put my cookware in the dishwasher?
No — all carbon steel and cast iron pieces should be hand-washed only. Dishwashers will strip the seasoning and can cause rust.

Are the gas cartridges and chargers safe for food use?
Yes. All N2 and N2O chargers we carry are food-grade and certified for culinary use. Always follow the usage instructions included with your product.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments.

Is my payment information secure?
