We know you're excited to receive your order! We strive to get your products to you as quickly as possible so you can start enjoying them.

🇺🇸 Shipping Within the United States

We currently offer standard shipping within the Contiguous United States (the lower 48 states).

Alaska, Hawaii, and Offshore U.S. Territories: Our standard checkout doesn't cover these regions, but we’d still love to help you! If you are located in Alaska, Hawaii, or a U.S. Territory (such as Puerto Rico or Guam), please contact Clémence directly at clemence@tacremefraiche.com. We’ll be happy to provide a custom shipping quote just for you.

P.O. Boxes: Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes. We require a physical street address to ensure a safe and successful delivery.

🇨🇦 Shipping Within Canada (Mandoline Only)

We are thrilled to now ship our Mandoline to Canada!

Main Canadian Provinces: FREE Standard Shipping is automatically applied at checkout for all major provinces. 

Territories (Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut): A flat-rate shipping fee of $20.00 CAD will be applied at checkout.

Please note: While our standard checkout only processes Mandoline orders for Canada, we’d still love to help you! If you wish to purchase other products from our store for delivery to Canada, please contact Clémence directly at clemence@tacremefraiche.com for a custom shipping and delivery estimation from the US. 

Shipping & Transit Times

Processing: Most orders are processed and handed over to our carriers within 1-2 business days.

Transit Time: Once shipped, your order will typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days (US); 3 to 7 business days depending on your province (Canada).

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your package hits the road, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Friendly Note: Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available once you receive your notification.

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days after the estimated delivery date (from your shipping confirmation), please reach out to us with your name and order number. We will look into it immediately for you!
