30-Day Returns

We want you to love what you bought. If you change your mind, we accept returns of unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition you received them.

Return Shipping & Processing

Shipping: As we don’t charge any restocking fees, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service to ensure your parcel reaches us safely.

The Process: Please note that no refund can be issued until we have physically received and inspected the item at our warehouse. We’ll notify you as soon as your return has been processed and approved!

Exclusions (Final Sale)

For safety and regulatory reasons, we have a few exceptions. The following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

N2 (Nitrogen) Chargers

N2O (Nitrous Oxide) Chargers
