As a Franco-American mother of three living in the vibrant heart of Madrid—married to a Guatemalan-Canadian—our kitchen has always been more than just a place to prepare meals. It is a laboratory of heritage, a sanctuary for family, and the stage for our most cherished memories.

Having lived and traveled across continents, we’ve learned that while the languages we speak may change, the language of a shared meal is universal. We are "foodies" in the truest sense, but for us, cooking is never a chore—it is a plaisir partagé (a shared pleasure).
