Carbon Steel Pan

The included 16-inch pan features a high-quality carbon steel (acero pulido) construction with a traditional hammered dimpled bottom. Dual-Ring Burner

The Model 350 burner features two concentric rings of flame with independent control knobs, offering a total output of 32,000 BTU. The outer ring measures 14 inches and the inner ring 6 inches, allowing you to use the inner ring alone for smaller cookware or both rings to accommodate pans up to 20 inches wide.

Standalone Tripod
